Fostering constructive conflict
Building on my previous blog about productive meetings, here’s a great article by BCG Henderson Institute about the importance of fostering a work culture where productive disagreement and debate are encouraged.
When I work with senior teams, I often refer to the work of Patrick Lencioni in this area, which he rather provocatively calls ‘constructive conflict’.
